About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Avetta. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for growing existing client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Job Description:

The Enterprise Account Growth Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow existing client relationships, drive revenue growth, and increase customer satisfaction. This includes building strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to pursue them
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage and analyze account data to inform strategic decisions and drive growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or related field
  • Proven track record of growing existing client relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions

Salary Estimate:

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
