Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Manager to join our team at Avetta. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our most important clients, driving business growth through strategic account planning, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: As an Enterprise Solutions Manager, you will assume ownership of assigned client accounts, lead point of contact for all matters relating to the client, and develop and manage relationships with key client stakeholders. You will create and document strategic account plans, perform remote and onsite client reviews, identify opportunities for improvement and growth, and communicate new features and products to assigned clients. Additionally, you will participate in continuous improvement of the Account Management Team, track and own your account management metrics, and achieve sales quota.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Account Management in an enterprise software/complex sale environment, ideally in a SaaS setting. You should also have excellent negotiation and presentation skills, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com. Global experience is highly preferred.
