Senior Customer Success Manager at Collibra

Overview:

Collibra is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Collibra customers, serving as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME), and driving customer adoption and growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with customers to build and execute customer success plans, educating them on Collibra best practices and driving adoption and growth.
  2. Identify critical needs of customers and map appropriate resources cross-functionally, including product management, education, support, professional services, coaching, and partners.
  3. Lead business reviews and complex workshops with customers, driving executive engagement to gain sponsorship for Collibra.
  4. Quantify and communicate the business value of Collibra to customer executives.
  5. Lead internal projects to improve, scale, and evangelize the customer success function within Collibra.
  6. Partner closely with the Sales team and other internal stakeholders to provide input into account planning and proactively identify growth opportunities.
  7. Scale adoption by using virtual tools and standardized materials, including Gainsight, to manage day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  1. 5-6 years of experience managing large enterprise SaaS accounts.
  2. Proven track record of driving adoption and identifying/remediating risk to drive renewal, cross-sell, and up-sell.
  3. Experience supporting a high volume of accounts, identifying gaps, and improving adoption.
  4. Experience carrying and achieving quota.
  5. Worked in a non-traditional office environment with virtual teams and remote work.
