Highly Experienced Customer Success Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Collibra. As a key member of our CSM team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our customers to develop and execute customer success plans that drive adoption and growth.
- Identify critical customer needs and align resources cross-functionally to meet those needs.
- Lead business reviews and workshops with customers to drive executive engagement and sponsorship for Collibra.
- Develop and communicate the value proposition of Collibra to customer executives.
- Partner with the Sales team to provide input into account planning and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience managing large enterprise SaaS accounts.
- Proven track record of driving adoption and identifying/remediating risk to drive renewal, cross-sell, and up-sell.
- Experience supporting a high volume of accounts, identifying gaps, and improving adoption.
- Ability to carry and achieve quota.
- Experience working in a non-traditional office environment with virtual teams and remote work.
Measures of Success:
- Within the first month, complete onboarding and enablement, meet with the global team, shadow current CSMs, and be certified to pitch Collibra.
- Within the 3rd month, be fully ramped, have begun account planning, been introduced to all customers, and begin introducing adoption plans.
- Within the 6th month, have executed adoption plans with top customers, begun delivering business reviews, and identified opportunities for adoption and growth within all accounts.
Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year based on location and experience.
