As a Small Business Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in developing strategic partnerships with small business customers to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small business owners to identify growth opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies and drive portfolio growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of small business customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders
  • Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to drive referrals and expand your network
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of experience in relationship management and business development
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with small business owners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex business challenges
  • Proficient in general banking product and service knowledge with a focus on commercial lending and cash management
