Learning and Development Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to promote an engaging and responsive learning platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clear and concise reporting on learning projects and assisting with the development of training modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of our LMS, including regular reporting, assigning learning, and assisting teams resolve issues/concerns
  • Partnering with Quality teams to drive consistent standards and ensure governance standards and requirements are being met
  • Ongoing education around the use of our LMS
  • Assisting in the design and development of training modules
  • Project coordination, including calendars, bookings, and promoting Learning and Development Offerings
  • Assisting in the facilitation of learning modules when required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience working with Learning Management Systems
  • Demonstrated ability in reporting and advanced use of Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative and innovative learning solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work
  • Excellent writing skills and demonstrated ability to design interesting, creative, and engaging content tailored for a range of audiences
  • Strong collaborative and stakeholder engagement skills, and ability to work well autonomously and as part of a small team
