Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Your primary focus will be on designing, implementing, and evaluating developmentally appropriate programs for children, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes.

You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the well-being and safety of children.
Qualifications:
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
