Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Specialist.

  • To drive digital literacy across the business by developing and implementing effective training programs.
  • To work closely with IT and Digital teams to enhance existing software, automations, and AI solutions.

This role involves playing a pivotal part in using digital solutions to drive efficiency improvements across the organisation and working with the business to identify additional use cases and drive change. You will be responsible for creating and curating learning content, designing and delivering training workshops, and consulting across the business to understand its context, people, and needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong passion for IT or L&D with previous experience delivering technology-focused content.
  • Proficiency with MS365 technologies and their applications in a professional setting.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Resilience and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on modernisation and innovation.
  • Proactive and curious learner with a drive to continually develop your own skills and knowledge.
