Job Title: Learning Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our organization. As a Learning Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that align with our business objectives.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Your role will involve facilitating workshops, creating training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Strategy Development: Design and implement plans that align employee skills and goals with the organization's vision and strategy.
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate and prepare people, resources, and processes to ensure the effective and timely delivery of all training programs.
  • Training Design and Execution: Design, build, and deliver training and development opportunities to meet business needs.
