About the Role:

We are seeking a Learning Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will design and produce capability frameworks for key roles across the business, including building assessment criteria that aligns with organisational goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with National HR Manager and Training Manager to identify stakeholder needs.
  • Develop and implement capability frameworks that underpin the learning cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational strategy.
Key Requirements:
  • Background in learning or organisational development.
  • Experience in producing capability frameworks for larger organisations.
  • Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
