Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our client as a Learning and Development Specialist.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with the membership and finance team to ensure accurate enrolments and registrations.
  • Maintain education-related documents on the website, guaranteeing their accuracy and currency.
  • Enter enrolment/registration details into the student management system, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Provide administrative support to the education team, volunteer boards, examiners, and committees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-level organisation and attention to detail skills are essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) will enable effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • A background in administration or customer service, preferably in education or healthcare, is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and administration skills are required.
  • Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders is crucial.
