Join our Base and Estate Management team and play a key in overseeing the design, coordination, and evaluation of induction, compliance, and capability-building programs that align with contractual, safety, and operational requirements.What You'll DoThis role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:Lead development of training needs analysis and associated manualEstablish and maintain training registers and compliance tracking systemsOversee the design and delivery of induction and job readiness programsCreate and maintain Manager Handbook and Contract Handbook resourcesImplement 3-month compliance and training check processEstablish training reporting dashboards for compliance and strategic reviewWhat You'll BringProven experience in L&D leadership or training program delivery within a complex, operational environment.Experience developing and executing training strategies, induction programs and compliance frameworks.Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including with RTOs and industry bodiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and training documentationMore than anything, you'll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.Why Downer?
