Learning Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Learning & Development (L&D) team, you will play a vital role in supporting all Leadership and Capability learning activities across the firm.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in coordinating learning programs and events
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
- Experience in reporting and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual to contribute to the development of our people and support our firm's growth.
You will be responsible for assisting the L&D team in delivering digital and blended learning solutions, administering the Learning Management System efficiently, and serving as the primary contact for learning-related inquiries across the firm.
The successful candidate will have a solid background in learning/training coordination and possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Degree, Diploma or Certificate in either Adult Education, L&D, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is desirable.
