Job Title:

A highly skilled Contracts Coordinator is required to manage and oversee the administration of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate contract preparation, review, and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage project variations, progress claims, purchase orders, and cost reporting.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and adherence to company policies.
  • Support Project Managers with financial reporting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in contract administration in construction.
  • Proven track record on Class 2 Residential Projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, financial analysis, and project controls.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
