- Leverage your leadership skills to drive end-to-end success across scope, design coordination, budget management, schedule execution, procurement, quality control, subcontractor oversight, and site safety.
- Proactively monitor progress, identify potential risks, and troubleshoot issues before they escalate into major problems.

A seasoned project manager with at least 5 years of experience delivering large-scale multi-unit Class 2 residential projects is required. Skilled at managing complex projects worth over $10M with confidence in budgeting, timeline management, and contract administration.
Exceptional communication skills are essential for effective stakeholder engagement and team leadership. The ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams is also crucial.
