This role is responsible for timely and accurate shipping documentation and sales contract administration in a fast-paced collaborative environment at Yancoal.
- Administration of Commercial Contracts supporting export sales and logistics.
- 2 years fixed term contract opportunity to work with ASX listed organisation.
- Flexible location can be based in Newcastle, Hybrid working available.

**What does your daily life look like at Yancoal?**:
Export Shipping Administrator, Contracts Coordinator, Data-Entry Clerk, Invoicing Extraordinaireyou come by many names but at the core of it, you are simply a doer who values accuracy and has a high attention to detail

As a member of the Commercial Team your role will focus on:

- Preparation and presentation of commercial invoices and export documentation,
- Administration of coal sales and letters of credit in accordance with contract terms
- Stakeholder engagement with customers, banks and vessels agents regarding documentary requirements
- Accurate generation of export shipping documentation

**What do you need to be successful in the role?**:
To be successful in the role you will require the following skills & experience:

- You are a Sales/ Contracts/ Logistics Administrator, ideally with experience in export of bulk commodities or mining
- You will have exceptional attention to detail and value accuracy in document preparation
- Prior experience in managing letters of credit and export documentation is an advantage.
- You are a people's person and able to manage internal and external stakeholders
- You are very organised and have good time management skills
