Class 2 Residential Development Project Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex Class 2 residential development project.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering multi-unit Class 2 residential projects with exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide end-to-end leadership across scope, design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality control, subcontractor management, and safety.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, value-added enhancements, and improved outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Class 2 building codes, contracts, and statutory requirements.
- A seasoned Senior Project Manager with at least 5 years' experience in managing high-profile Class 2 residential projects.
- Exceptional skills in managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $10 million, including strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation abilities.
- Superb communication skills and ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate diverse project teams effectively.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to deliver high-quality results while growing project outcomes.
- Registered/licensed to meet Class 2 building practitioner requirements in NSW.
