Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead the development of our residential subdivision in Crangan Bay, NSW. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating subconsultants, contributing to civil engineering design, water and sewer design, wastewater pump stations, project management, surveying, town planning, tendering, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate subconsultants on the project
  • Contribute to civil engineering design, water and sewer design, and wastewater pump stations
  • Provide project management services from DA through to Subdivision Certificate
  • Coordinate surveying, town planning, and tendering activities
  • Administer contracts related to the project

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in civil engineering and project management
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
