Senior Residential Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a landmark Class 2 residential development.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end leadership across scope, design coordination, budget, schedule, procurement, quality, subcontractors, and safety.
- Proactive monitoring of progress, management of risks, and troubleshooting of issues before they escalate.
- Identification of opportunities for efficiency, value-add, and enhanced outcomes.
- Collaboration with stakeholders, including architects, consultants, clients, and site teams, to keep the project aligned and on track.
- Compliance with Class 2 building codes, contracts, and statutory requirements.
- A proven Project Manager with at least 5 years' experience delivering multi-unit Class 2 residential projects.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate a diverse team.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to deliver quality while growing project outcomes.
- Registered/licensed to meet Class 2 building practitioner requirements in NSW.
