Leading Class 2 Residential Developments

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Development Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of a landmark Class 2 residential development. With a strong track record of delivering multi-unit projects, you will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring no detail is overlooked, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership across scope, design coordination, budget management, schedule control, procurement, quality assurance, subcontractor management, and site safety.
- Proactive monitoring of project progress, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Identification and implementation of opportunities for efficiency, value-add, and enhanced outcomes.
- Collaboration with stakeholders including architects, consultants, clients, and site teams to ensure alignment and project success.
- Compliance with Class 2 building codes, contracts, and statutory requirements.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in delivering multi-unit Class 2 residential projects.
- Confidence in managing large-scale projects across budgets, timelines, and contracts.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and coordinate diverse teams.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to deliver quality results while growing project outcomes.
- Registration/licensure to meet Class 2 building practitioner requirements in NSW.
