About the Opportunity

Crown Equipment Pty Ltd - Australia is seeking an experienced executive to fill the role of Account Development and Management Executive. This position requires someone with a strong ability to develop and manage national accounts, with a focus on driving growth and increasing customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will report directly to the National Service Delivery Manager and will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and developing strong relationships with key customers. They will work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service and utilize CRM to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing a national call plan to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and attaining opportunities for business growth and development.
  • Meeting with customers on the corporate account list on a regular basis.
  • Ensuring all customer requests and enquiries are attended to in a timely manner.
  • Developing strong relationships with key customers and providing regular information and updates to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring service performance to mutually agreed key performance indicators.
  • Utilizing reporting and relationships to maximize customer satisfaction while maximizing revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilizing CRM to maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions.
  • Providing specialist advice when necessary to support Customer Materials Handling Equipment requirements.

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced executive with a proven track record in managing national accounts and driving growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of CRM systems.
