About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Elite Customer Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in FMCG industry, preferably in commercial Account Management roles.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and have a proven track record of delivering commercial results. They will also be able to partner with the OOH Field Team to execute the ice cream strategy and contribute to the creation of 3-year customer strategies aligned with customers' agendas.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver key targets including Turnover, Profit, Total Trade Spend, and Market Winning Share within the ELITE Channel.
  • Develop and manage Joint Business Plans with key customers, focusing on sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Partner with the OOH Field Team to execute the ice cream strategy.
  • Contribute to the creation of 3-year customer strategies aligned with customers' agendas and execute these plans.
  • Collaborate to achieve strategic alignment internally and externally, building JBP that delivers a triple win for the customer, shopper, and Unilever.
  • Develop promotional plans with CSP and execute volume and spend forecasts aligned with S&OP process at a customer level.

Requirements

Experiences & Qualifications

  • 3+ Years in FMCG industry, preferably in commercial Account Management roles.
  • PREFERRED but not essential – roles in Field Sales/Customer Marketing/Trade Category Management.

Skills

  • Category Growth Management – collaborate with CSP to create and execute JBP delivering the triple win.
  • Commercial strategy – balance spend in line with company strategy and deliver on customer category growth objectives.
  • Customer relationship – create a climate with the retailer to deliver long-range shared category objectives through the JBP.
  • Data literacy – use data to identify insights driving business results.
  • Selling – understand customers' needs and create compelling propositions aligning with them.
  • Negotiation – lead teams through complex commercial negotiations, incorporating planning, aligning stakeholders, and maximizing value created.
  • Executional excellence – understand customers' supply chain expectations and deploy activities in-store partnering with Grocery Execution Lead.
