Compensation Package

The Role

As an Executive Store Leader with Spotlight, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading high-performing teams to achieve business objectives
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Mentoring and coaching store managers to enhance their leadership skills
  • Monitoring and controlling stock levels to ensure maximum profitability
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
