Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity is part of the Granville Assertive Response Team, providing Assertive Case Management to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in our culturally diverse community. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will be responsible for delivering recovery-focused care, empowering individuals, and driving meaningful change.
You will provide evidence-based intensive outreach and case management, collaborate with consumers, carers, and agencies to develop individual care plans, deliver person-centred, recovery-oriented interventions within a multidisciplinary team, and engage in quality improvement, supervision, and professional development activities.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist, or Occupational Therapist or Social Worker;
- Demonstrated full registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist, or Occupational Therapist OR for Social Workers, eligibility to be a member of the AASW;
