">At the NSW Government, we are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services that cater to the diverse needs of our community. We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist Level 4, or Social Worker Level 4 to join our team as a Senior Clinician.
">This leadership role is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to contribute to our Mental Health team. As a Senior Clinician, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring that our consumers receive comprehensive and compassionate care.
">The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in mental health rehabilitation, with a strong focus on evidence-based practices and recovery-oriented approaches. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation and advocacy, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to MH staff across various settings
- Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality care
- Develop and implement quality improvement projects to enhance MH outcomes
- Facilitate education and training programs to promote best practices
We offer a competitive salary range of $55.09 - $67.15 per hour (Clinical Psychologist) or $61.35 - $62.84 per hour (Occupational Therapist Level 4 and Social Worker Level 4), depending on your qualifications and experience.
