Hourly Rate: $38.08 (Base Rate)

Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling lives and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Foster a supportive and empowering environment that promotes independence and choice.
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and engage individuals in meaningful activities.
- Accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and community activities.
- Maintain accurate records of care activities and communicate effectively with the team.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) - NDISWC
- NDIS Worker Module certificate.
- NDISWC Police check.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Previous experience in disability support is preferred but not mandatory.
