About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant at Fitness First.
As a Member Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and support to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Drive Membership Growth: Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Proactively Contribute to Club Sales Budget: Utilize sales promotions and referrals campaigns to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide Sales Presentations and Tours: Showcase our facilities and services to prospective members.
- Create Great Member Journeys: Deliver personalized and positive interactions with our members to inspire them to continue their fitness journey.
- Achieve Successful Outcomes: Effectively handle member enquiries and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Open and Close the Club: Ensure the club is secure and ready for the next day.
- Active Involvement in Member Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain current members.
- Regular Service Calls: Engage with new and existing members to understand their needs and provide recommendations for products and services that can enhance their experience.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving membership growth.

- Current First Aid & CPR certification.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to provide solutions that meet the needs of our members.
- A gift for communication and the ability to inspire our members to take action.
- Drive and a goal-focused approach to maximize sales opportunities.
- A team player who can work collaboratively with our members and colleagues.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive OTE of $60,000-$65,000, a complimentary Platinum Fitness First membership, and opportunities for career growth and development.
