A senior clinical professional is sought to lead our care services team in a residential aged care setting. Reporting to the Residential Service Manager, this role involves driving clinical services to achieve positive outcomes for clients and ensuring compliance with national standards.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, experience in people management, and business acumen to drive results and meet financial goals. They will also have relevant qualifications, current AHPRA registration, and prior experience in senior clinical and supervisory/management positions.
In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant degree or tertiary qualification in nursing
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Prior experience in the Aged Care industry in a senior clinical and supervisory/management position
- Intermediate experience using software programs such as AutumnCare (or similar), along with experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- First Aid Certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Check - NDISWC (or willing to obtain)
