Senior Clinical Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Services Director to join our leadership team in Wingham, Mid North Coast region. This key role plays a critical part in driving clinical services and ensuring positive outcomes for clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant degree or tertiary qualification in nursing
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Prior experience in the Aged Care industry in a senior clinical and supervisory/management position
- Intermediate experience using software programs such as AutumnCare (or similar), along with experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- First Aid Certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Check - NDISWC (or willing to obtain)
You will be responsible for managing and driving clinical services to ensure compliance with national aged care standards, infection control, and understanding of AnAcc.
