Senior Clinical Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Clinical Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality person-centred care to our residents.

The Role:

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, leading a team of empathetic and caring professionals to support the General Manager in managing and leading the delivery of exceptional care. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the care home clinical team
  • Reviewing and investigating clinical incidents and complaints
  • Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
  • Managing person-centred care planning and evaluation processes
  • Conducting regular audits and evaluations to ensure high standards of care

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Nursing degree with current AHPRA registration
  • Postgraduate qualification in aged care or related field an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior clinical leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality clinical care and improving patient outcomes
