Senior Medical Ophthalmologist Opportunity


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Medical Ophthalmologist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality medical care to patients with ophthalmological conditions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • The principal clinical site is in South Tipperary (28 hours per week) with other clinical sites in University Hospital Waterford (9 hours per week).

This challenging role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements:
  1. Registration as a specialist in the Specialty Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland in the specialty of Ophthalmology.
  2. Access to transport essential.
