Job Title: Senior Team Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced senior team manager to lead our multi-disciplinary allied health team. This role will play a key part in achieving performance targets and establishing relationships within the community.

About You:

  • You will have a clinical allied health background at a senior level with current industry membership, experience delivering person-centred NDIS services, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in leadership and management at a state level of multi-disciplinary teams.
  • You will also need to have a strong understanding of and proven NDIS and HCP billing practices, as well as leadership experience including NDIS practice standards and aged care quality and safety standards.
  • Additionally, you will require strong community and industry networks, willingness to undertake a reduced case load of therapeutic supports during the initial stage of growth, knowledge and experience of delivering and managing business development processes in a fast-paced competitive NDIS/HCP and private health care market.
