**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical advice and assistance in the regulation of state's resources industries, ensuring compliance with health-related obligations under resources safety and health legislation.

The role involves liaising, negotiating and developing effective networks with internal and external stakeholders to deliver occupational health objectives. Coordinating and contributing to projects that develop evidence-based policy, identifying relevant issues, formulating and analysing innovative options and negotiating recommended outcomes is also an important task.

Additionally, the role requires procurement and contract management activities, as well as assisting with the completion of processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, planning and executing regulatory programs, including auditing, using a risk-based and data driven approach.
  • Delivering projects that include addressing occupational health risks and associated standards, training, audit, research, service delivery.
  • Ensuring excellent organisational, time management and project management skills.
  • Developing public speaking skills through experience and training.
