About the Role

We seek an experienced and outcome-driven professional to provide strategic leadership, guidance and support to teams. This individual will foster positive working relationships and cultures while collaborating with the Evaluation Office Director and supporting key projects within the Strategic Engagement Branch.

The successful candidate will assess their eligibility and suitability by evaluating their skills, qualifications, knowledge, experience and personal qualities relevant to carrying out the duties of this role.

About the Team

The Policy Unit is part of the QCAA's Strategic Engagement Branch, responsible for managing interactions with communities, education stakeholders and other key groups. Our work includes corporate communications, marketing, intellectual property management, right to information requests, policy advice on educational issues, legal services, secretariat support and government relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • • Provide administrative support for the evaluation process of the QCE system reforms in Queensland.• Assist in coordinating consultation engagements, correspondence, reporting and analysis of information for program evaluations.• Organise and support the delivery of program evaluation activities by taking minutes, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting notes and assisting in report creation.• Conduct research and collate detailed information for program evaluations.• Assist with records management, finance tasks and general administrative duties as required.• Develop and maintain good working relationships with units, branches and stakeholders.• Support other key projects as needed.
