About The Role
  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Work with key stakeholders to facilitate, support, and enhance Strategic Portfolio Management
    • Develop and execute project plans that align with business objectives
    • Collaborate with Directors Strategy and Transformation and designated Portfolio and Program leads to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements

    • Manage multiple projects and tasks with guidance from senior leadership
  • Project Monitoring and Evaluation:
    • Support the preparation and publication of visually engaging reports, briefings, submissions, and portfolio management related correspondence
    • Regularly track and report on project, program, or portfolio milestones, risk, and performance indicators
    • Maintain strong organisational skills to oversee and coordinate deliverables
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect and integrate data, review literature, and engage with stakeholders to inform business decisions
    • Produce qualitative and quantitative data in database and spreadsheet applications using Microsoft Excel
    • In partnership with the team, design and build a core data repository to track and monitor portfolios, programs, and project deliverables aligned with the Integrated Strategy and Planning Framework
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • BUILD AND SUSTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input, solicit feedback, and ensure their active involvement throughout the project lifecycle
    • Coordinate consultation processes and designated planning and data analysis activities
