Strategic Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Strategic Project Coordinator.

Job Description

The role of the Strategic Project Coordinator is to support the implementation of key strategies and initiatives across the School Improvement Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project plans and phases, supporting the administration of program and project activities, conducting research and analysis, providing secretariat support, and ensuring all corporate processes are followed.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving strategic initiatives and making a real difference in the lives of children and young people.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills to provide high-level advice on complex and sensitive matters;
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality outcomes;
  • A 'can-do' attitude with the ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, solve problems, and respond to evolving needs;
  • High-level research, data analysis, and written communication skills with the ability to prepare a range of accurate briefing materials;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the department and with external stakeholders.
