Project Support Role

Our team seeks a highly organised and detail-focused administrative professional to assist in the development, coordination and delivery of strategic projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of strategic projects and initiatives to drive economic development and strengthen priority industries
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities that drive industry innovation, business growth, and regional prosperity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide high-level administrative support across a variety of functions; events, workshops & external briefings
Requirements
  • Highly detail-oriented administrative skills with attention to produce work in a fast-paced and highly professional team environment
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to understand organisational time frames and expectations
  • Able to quickly learn council's systems and processes to provide support and a source of knowledge for the team
