The role of Head of Services is pivotal in ensuring seamless delivery of services related to cutting-edge energy storage systems. The incumbent will oversee maintenance and operations, as well as manage Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) contracts with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Australia Services income state performance, including budget development and representing Australia Services team within the APAC Region Senior Leader Team.
  • Drive and own Service Business performance KPI's
  • Execute preventive and reactive maintenance for Fluence built assets and third-party assets
  • Manage LTSA contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and fostering long-term customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure a coordinated approach to client services, product enhancement, and contract management

Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing safety team across all organizational levels.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring 100% Compliance and exceptional service delivery.

Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with equipment vendors, participating in vendor meetings and negotiations to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues and the acquisition of necessary spare parts.
