Job Summary:

We seek an accomplished professional to lead the service delivery process for energy storage systems. As a seasoned manager, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients and drive exceptional results through expert guidance and support.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in client management, service delivery, and contract management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of field services engineers, providing coaching and support to ensure optimal performance and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering exceptional service outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project plans for maintenance and operations, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Manage LTSA contracts, ensuring compliance and fostering long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated client services, product enhancements, and contract management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within the energy storage industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in energy storage systems.
  • Proven track record in client management, service delivery, and contract management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with maintenance best practices.
