Energy Storage Systems Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our energy storage systems team.

Job Overview:
  • This role involves overseeing the delivery of services related to cutting-edge energy storage systems.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance and operations, as well as Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) contracts with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead overall leadership, including budget development and representation within the APAC Region Senior Leader Team.
  • Drive service business performance KPIs, prevent/receptive maintenance execution for Fluence built assets and third-party assets.
  • Manage LTSA contracts, ensuring compliance and fostering long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams for a coordinated approach to client services, product enhancement, and contract management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in service operations, asset management, or related roles, with 5+ years in senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience in managing P&L, budgeting, financial accountability.
  • Demonstrated experience in service contract management, customer relationship management.
