As a Senior Power Electronics Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and improving power electronics and energy storage systems. You will work closely with our team to achieve company objectives and contribute to the growth of the global renewable energy industry.

  • Lead and manage a small team of professionals to provide technical support for power electronics and energy storage products;
  • Build and improve technical support processes/systems for our related products;
  • Promote PV inverter and ESS products to the AU market;

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Develop and implement power electronics and energy storage solutions;
  • Provide input to product development and analyze industry trends and competitive situations;
  • Establish and optimize power electronics and energy storage system solutions;

**Requirements**:

  • Master degree or above, with at least 5 years of management experience in well-known photovoltaic energy storage enterprises or lithium battery industry;
  • Having industry technical experience in photovoltaic power electronics and energy storage systems;
  • Having a deep understanding of the solar/new energy industry's business dynamics and trends;
  • Having excellent leadership, team management skills and good professional ethics, be rigorous, pragmatic and have a strong sense of responsibility;
