Energy Storage Specialist

As a specialist in energy storage systems, you will perform regular inspections, maintenance and annual capacity tests on these units at various sites to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct inspections, maintenance and annual capacity tests on energy storage systems.
- Address technical and operational issues promptly and propose product improvements.
- Support the project team during the commissioning of battery energy storage systems and related equipment.
- Provide remote diagnostics to customers and maintain customer relationships through effective communication.
- Prepare analytical service reports and maintain documentation related to site visits.
- Tertiary or degree qualifications in Electrical Engineering.
- Over 7 years of experience in engineering execution and delivery of large power system projects, particularly in battery energy storage.
- Extensive hands-on experience in power systems, power generation and electrical engineering, with a focus on drives, solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems and HV/LV power electronics.
- In-depth understanding of complex control system logic and proficiency with MODBUS protocols.
- Proactive, highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
