Energy Storage Systems Manager

We seek a seasoned project manager to lead the execution of energy storage system projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
Your Responsibilities:- Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure efficient project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction.
- Strong technical knowledge of energy storage systems, including battery technology and electrical engineering principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
