Claims Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Claims Service Specialist to join our team. As part of our claims team, you will support our Brokers and manage an end-to-end claims process delivering a best practice customer experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating the end-to-end claims process, including setting reserves, authorising payments, within authority levels and according to Service Level Agreements.
- Negotiating options and escalating when required throughout the duration of the claim.
- Ensuring adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Providing prompt attention to all claims in accordance with Company standards and Service Level Agreement requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in the insurance claims industry with knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, insurance laws and regulations.
- Delivering a high standard of customer service and effective working relationships with internal and external customers and service providers.
- A collaborative mindset, who is able to share their ideas and encourage others.
