Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Claims Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient claims process.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will manage customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses to resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist with the administration of 3rd Party Service Providers and Claims Payment processes.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to onshore portfolios for specific partners.
  • Complete payment audit functions, including liaising with providers, internal and external stakeholders, reconciliation of accounts, and determining case coverage.
  • Serve as the primary contact point for administrative-level escalations and claims, ensuring turnaround and processing aligns with relevant legislation.

Requirements

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and navigate complex conversations with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as administration, financial auditing, claims, or customer service.
  • The ability to identify and analyze patterns.
  • Ideal possession of a deep understanding of insurance processes and legislation.
