Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in consultative sales, with experience leading and building portfolios of health clients for tech consultancy or professional services firms. They will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across various levels and drive complex bids, RFPs, and RFQs.
A strong leader with a collaborative attitude, the successful candidate will be able to mentor, guide, and motivate their team to achieve exceptional outcomes. They will also have a consultative approach, with the ability to have value-led conversations and build relationships within complex enterprise and government clients.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the healthcare sector.
- Lead and build portfolios of health clients for tech consultancy or professional services firms.
- Drive complex bids, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Mentor, guide, and motivate team members to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Build relationships within complex enterprise and government clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in consultative sales.
- An expert understanding of solution sales and the ability to craft compelling sales proposals.
- A strong background in sales, with a network of health contacts.
- Extensive experience selling products, solutions, and services in cloud, digital transformation, application modernization, data, and AI.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across various levels.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
