About the Job
You will be responsible for driving engagement, coordination, and delivery of programs and events across our innovation community as the Senior Community & Programs Advisor. Reporting to the Strategic Partnerships & Engagement Manager, you will ensure seamless experiences for our members, partners, and stakeholders.
This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional passionate about startups, community building, and emerging technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and delivery of in-person and virtual programs and events across The Labs network.
- Oversee event execution, manage logistics, update digital content, and track engagement metrics.
- Serve as the key liaison between members, mentors, partners, and industry leaders to foster meaningful connections.
- Handle member inquiries, onboard new members, and enhance community engagement initiatives.
- Refine operational and administrative processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Profile
- 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or event management.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using marketing tools, digital platforms, and social media.
- Passionate about the startup ecosystem, innovation, and technology.
