We're searching for a talented Customer Success Advocate to join our Sydney-based team

About the Job:
  • Creating Help-Centre Content: Developing articles for our customers to educate them on how to use Runna effectively
  • Supporting customers via Intercom, responding promptly to inquiries and helping them achieve their running goals

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and excellent communication skills. They'll be working on a 9-6pm or 8-5pm shift pattern with some degree of flexibility based on their schedule.

What We Offer:

  • Starting salary of $60,000-$65,000 AUD based on experience
  • Flexible working hours (2-3 days in our offices in Sydney)
  • Enhanced family care policy (3 months fully paid leave when a new Runna joins the family)
