We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team at Klaviyo. As a key member of our Education team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer engagement strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a SaaS/ecommerce business in a customer-focused role, such as Customer Education, Customer Success Management, Support, Sales or other comparable roles. They will be comfortable presenting across different customer personas, advocating for APAC nuances proactively sharing feedback with global audiences.
In this role, you will work closely with our Curriculum Development Team and Regional Education Strategist to develop and execute educational materials. You will also collaborate with fellow members of the Education, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Key Requirements:
- Strong background in marketing, preferably with a focus on DTC brands
- Proven track record of project management and collaboration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
