This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end claims processes, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in service excellence.
We are seeking an experienced Claims Coordinator to join our dynamic Insurance Claims team in Melbourne.
- You will bring significant experience in claims administration and case management, with a specific focus on handling Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD), Income Protection (IP), and Permanent Incapacity claims.
- Your proactive approach will ensure strong relationships are built and maintained with stakeholders, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
- With a comprehensive understanding of superannuation and life insurance products, you will navigate complex situations with confidence and expertise.
- Your adept negotiation and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively manage escalated situations, ensuring resolutions are reached promptly and professionally.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will allow you to articulate complex information clearly and concisely, fostering understanding and trust with claimants.
- You will have a proven track record of contributing to operational efficiency and effectiveness, consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Your ability to manage declined claims and complaints demonstrates your commitment to providing a positive claim experience and driving continuous improvement.
