We are seeking an experienced Claims Coordinator to join our dynamic Insurance Claims team in Melbourne.

  • You will bring significant experience in claims administration and case management, with a specific focus on handling Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD), Income Protection (IP), and Permanent Incapacity claims.
  • Your proactive approach will ensure strong relationships are built and maintained with stakeholders, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
  • With a comprehensive understanding of superannuation and life insurance products, you will navigate complex situations with confidence and expertise.
  • Your adept negotiation and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively manage escalated situations, ensuring resolutions are reached promptly and professionally.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will allow you to articulate complex information clearly and concisely, fostering understanding and trust with claimants.
  • You will have a proven track record of contributing to operational efficiency and effectiveness, consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets.
  • Your ability to manage declined claims and complaints demonstrates your commitment to providing a positive claim experience and driving continuous improvement.
